TGIF! Even though I’m technically on break right now, I have to say, I’m glad it’s Friday. There’s just something in the air on Fridays. 🙂
I wanted to stop by and share a quick, killer lower body workout I came up with the other day. It’s great paired with some cardio, such as running or a while on the elliptical trainer, but is perfectly good on it’s own if you’re low on time. I was definitely sweating by the time I was done!
It targets mostly the quads and glutes, but with the jumping jacks, you definitely feel the effects all over. I hope you give it a go!
Of course, I’m not a fitness expert – I just know what works for me, and I love sharing some ideas with you all. Please go at your own pace, and stop if and when you need to. No injuries, please! 😉
