Hi everyone!
I’m stopping by today to share a link to a blog post by Healthful Pursuit that I read last night. In it, Leanne gives a bit of information on a plant called “fenugreek”.
Apparently its seeds are often used in pills and for other medicinal purposes, but fenugreek is also used in lots of Middle Eastern cooking. Anyway, the reason Leanne (and now I) brought it up is because, as a legume, fenugreek is related to the peanut. That’s pretty serious for those of us with peanut allergies!
You can read more in Leanne’s post HERE. Spread the awareness so people with allergies can stay safe!
