Happy Friday, y’all!
I am so happy it’s finally the weekend. How many of you have today through Monday off? How many of you are as excited about that as I am??
Of course, I do start student teaching on Tuesday. I’m still quite anxious about it, but thankfully, this last week of professional development, staff meetings, etc. has made me feel much better prepared. (I say that now – I’ll get back to you on Wednesday. 😉 ) My cooperating teacher actually told me to not even think about school today and tomorrow, because once Sunday hits, it’s all I’ll think and stress about through December. Sounds about right.
For today’s Fitness Friday, I thought it would be fun to round up some of my favorite Instagram photos from over the last month or so. Most of these come from Dawn, but there’s one I got from Laura, one from Christina, and one other whose owner I don’t remember. Sorry!
I find each one of these so motivating, and while some aren’t about physical fitness, they tackle mental or emotional fitness, which are just as important – if not more! I hope you enjoy these and find some motivation from them like I do. 🙂
