…You could say that I ate and snacked a lot over the course of the holiday weekend – this is just a sampling of it all. 😉
Exercises of the Week:
Sunday: Bob Harper’s Weight Loss Yoga
Monday: Elliptical trainer for 30 minutes + bike for 10
Wednesday: Ab, arm, and leg exercises
Thursday: Jillian Michaels’ 6 Week 6 Pack
Saturday: Treadmill for 1 hour
