Hello everyone! Happy Cinco de Mayo!
I wasn’t planning on posting this morning, but after realizing what day it was, I thought I’d do a quick recipe roundup in honor of Cinco de Mayo.
I looooove Mexican food and was actually surprised that I didn’t have more recipes on my blog. But here is what I do have and what I’m really wanting to try from other sites.

Just in case you don’t have your celebration dinner planned out, I hope those recipes give you some ideas!
Have a great day! 🙂
I still have that key lime pie recipe bookmarked for my dad’s bday next month 😉
Yay! Can’t wait to hear what you think of it!
I’ve seen those pinata cookies before. Totally adorable!
I’m impressed by how many recipes you have that fit the bill for today! I have zero Mexican-inspired recipes on my blog. Lol. The salted lime tortilla chips sound simple and tasty. Happy Cinco De Mayo! 🙂
I was surprised after I rounded them all up too! Those chips are so good. You too! 🙂
Oooo thanks for these recipes. I wish I could make some of these to celebrate, but I have practice and studying. No time for drinking and munching. So sad.
Well that stinks! Maybe you can just postpone the celebration to another weekend. 🙂 Good luck with your practicing and studying!
These all look delicious!! Thanks for sharing!!
No problem! 🙂
Salted Lime tortilla chips?!?! I’m SO pinning these! My roommate and I will love these!
Why didn’t I see these little piñata cookies a day later?! They are absolutely adorable, I’m going to have to make them next year for sure.
Aren’t they! I love them!
Even though it’s past Cinco de Mayo, I’m totally pinning this for when my Mexican food craving (or key lime pie craving) strikes!
I crave Mexican food so often – I have a lot of pins for it too! Let me know if you try something out!
Great recipe round up
