Easter Sunday was a pretty relaxing day. Because none of us felt like cooking, we went to an amazing buffet at a restaurant near us. After, we searched for our baskets. This year I made Mom and Dad a picture book. Technically it was supposed to be for their anniversary, but I didn’t feel like waiting until May!

Easter dinner was made up of appetizers, veggies, salad, and our fanciest plates. 😉

Potato skins…yum.
