I’ve been so busy lately that I have totally forgotten about Fitness Friday!
For this week, I thought I’d share with you all some of my favorite exercises I’ve pinned. I always share my workouts with you on Wednesdays, and I’ll often say something like “Pinterest exercises”, but there are specific ones that I like. So, here they are!
This exercise leaves me sore for a looooong time afterward, despite how easy it looks. I love that!
My lower abs are one of my weakest areas and, depending on how much snacking I do and whether or not I exercise them, I sometimes get that dreaded pooch. This workout is excellent for keeping my lower abs contracted throughout the day.
We all need a little more dumbbell action in our lives. 😉 How about 30 great moves? A great thing about some of these is that they work other muscle groups, which is good if you’re limited for time.
Another ab workout, but another good one. This doesn’t typically make me sore the day after, but if you do it a couple of times through, you’ll barely be able to move for the rest of the day! I love that feeling, don’t you? 🙂
And finally, a collection of 10 minute videos by FitSugar. This site is GREAT because you can customize which types of workouts you want to do based the amount of time you have or which muscle groups you feel like exercising. They also have a lot of celebrity coaches and trainers, like Tony Horton, so you get little glimpses of their specific workouts without having to buy them.
