Hello hello!
Today was perhaps one of the easiest babysitting days I have had in a while: the kids (the two I watched today and the three I watch every other day) played for basically the entire day together. They were on the playset, shooting spiders with water-guns, swimming, picnic-ing, running around, and just being kids. They hardly even needed me! 🙂

Breakfast
Um, ok, so the picture I took today of breakfast is really ugly. How about I show you a picture from another day?
0% fat Fage Greek yogurt, granola, and fruit. 😉
Lunch
I tried out a new type of bread for lunch today, called Ezekiel 4:9. Here’s what it’s all about. I just toasted it up and made a ham + cheese + honey sandwich using it. The fact that it is organic and so good for you is awesome, but overall it was just ok. Maybe it’s just not sandwich bread.
Anyway, along with it I had an apple. The reason I don’t have a picture of my lunch was because I was busy with the kids during out picnic. Sorry!
I finished lunch with a lemon cookie a bit later. Don’t mind the blue finger…we were tye-dying today. 🙂
Snacks (throughout the day)
When I got home from babysitting I had a few handfuls of tortilla chips plus lots of water. My body obviously needed water and salt; probably from being in the hot sun all day! It was a scorcher, with the heat index in the 100’s. Same thing tomorrow. Oy.
I also broke out the M&Ms… 🙂
Dinner
Spaghetti.
We cooked up some onion and ground beef into the sauce. It hit the spot! I also had some mixed veggies on the side.
Dessert
A Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich.
I’ve got to be honest: I’m not too proud of what I ate today. I need to get more veggies in my life! I’d also like to get back on my gluten-free kick, as I noticed I felt much better about what I was eating when I was attempting GF!
Oh well, tomorrow is a new day!
Workouts June 24-30
Sunday: off
Monday: Jogging intervals + walking for a total of 45 minutes on treadmill
Tuesday: 30-Day Shred + 20 minutes mybarre3 (look for more info in Friday’s post!)
Wednesday: 30 minutes of mybarre3
Thursday: rest
Friday: Cardio Kick + Flex and Stretch (classes at our gym) and maybe some yoga?
Saturday: Jogging intervals + walking for a total of 60 minutes on treadmill

Happy birth day to my brand new cousin! Colton “Cole” Christopher Gumper was born not even an hour ago (at 6:49), weighing just over 8 lbs! Congrats to my aunt, uncle, and his big brother!!!
